I’ve worked across leadership, learning, design and change, which is a nice way of saying I’ve been in rooms where big visions are pitched, and also in the ones where people ask, “Okay… but how... like why?”

This is Notes From the Middle — my brain's running commentary on the magic trick of making sense without context.
