Hi, I’m Jai. I rejoined this space after a long pause. I work in that stretch of the organization where bold ideas meet calendar invites, and everyone quietly figures out how to make things make sense.
I’ve worked across leadership, learning, design and change, which is a nice way of saying I’ve been in rooms where big visions are pitched, and also in the ones where people ask, “Okay… but how... like why?”
This is Notes From the Middle — my brain's running commentary on the magic trick of making sense without context. A personal place to trace what happens between the big slide and the real work — where clarity gets lost, culture gets copy-pasted, and people are expected to adapt faster than the system lets them.
No models, no preaching. Just a slow, honest build every week... one observation, one question, one sketch at a time.
